I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you. I am a practitioner of the healing arts and my
practice is focused on deep soul work coaching. After 8+ years working as a therapist I’ve
transitioned to an experiential, intuitive, and nontraditional therapeutic coaching practice.

I help clients create profound shifts in their inner and outer worlds. My approach is holistic with
a focus on helping you access personal freedom, aliveness, fulfillment and a deep connection to
self/others. I will help you discover the growth opportunities hiding inside the challenges you
have faced. It is not a path of trying to get somewhere or fix something (you can't fix what's not
broken and you are not broken). It is a journey of r e m e m b r a n c e and restoration of your
true nature.

To create a warm, open and affirming environment so that you may feel safe to express yourself
freely. I listen deeply so that I can help guide you in the direction of your own personal
breakthroughs. I believe you have the tools within to grow, transform and heal. I will integrate
multiple therapeutic styles and modalities depending on your needs and goals.

Expressive art therapy, breath work, somatic embodiment, nervous system healing, inner child
work, sexuality & the art of sacred intimacy, subconscious reprogramming, mind/body/spirit
connection, non-violent communication & relationship repair, couples & families, emotional
