About your guide
For over a decade I have guided people through their deepest turning points. I’ve helped hundreds of women build lives that feel good, not just look good.
Hi, I’m Rebecca - therapist, teacher, ceremonialist, healer, mentor and someone who learned the hard way that a beautiful life is built from the inside, not the other way around.
Today my inner world is anchored. Steady enough to meet life, soft enough to stay open. I’m living and giving from the overflow instead of pouring from an empty cup.
But it wasn’t always this way.
For years I was overwhelmed, under-resourced, disconnected from my higher power and waiting for someone or something outside myself to change so that I could finally feel at peace. I thought if I could manipulate the external I could fill a void only true inner connection could touch.
My healing came when I slowed down, did the deep excavation required, learned to get out of my own way and found the safety and power in my true feminine nature. This path is not one of hustle or perfection. It is rooted in devotion, guided by reverence and found through simplicity.
I help you shed what isn’t yours, face your patterns and blocks head-on and discover your blindspots (we all have them). You will heal what's holding you back so you can forgive, soften, integrate and overflow with the kind of Love that quietly heals the world. I have a gift for helping activate dormant aspects of your being, so you can step fully into who you came here to be.
