Counseling
I am currently offering art therapy and counseling services in Maine and Massachusetts. I am licensed in both states. If you live in Maine I can see you in person and if you live in Massachusetts I can meet with you virtually through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform.

I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. I work with individuals, couples and other relationship constellations.

What to expect
During our first session I will spend time getting to know you. At the end of our first session we will make a co-created decision about whether working together feels like a good fit. Often we will begin by meeting weekly with the intention to step down when you are ready.

During our time working together you can expect to experience an eclectic mix of modalities. My therapeutic toolbox is integrative and includes modalities such as art therapy, traditional talk therapy, somatic embodiment, inner child healing, and breath-work/meditation.
