Where is the retreat center?The retreat center is a 30 minute drive from Lisbon, Portugal

Can I bring a friend and request to share a room?Yes!

Do I need to have experience with somatics, meditation, art, embodiment, etc?The only requirement is that you come with an open mind

What is your cancellation policy?You may cancel your registration up until April 1 and receive a full refund less your $500 deposit. There will be no refunds thereafter for any reason. In the event that the retreat has to be cancelled due to force majeure, I will reschedule the retreat and your payments will be applied toward the new retreat date

What is the cost of the retreat?Please reach out to Rebecca directly to discuss the investment.

What happens between sessions?There will be daily introvert/extrovert time to tend to your own needs through rest, play, nature, reading, swimming, connecting with each other etc.

When does the retreat begin and end?Please arrive at the retreat center between 1-3pm on May 3rd and we will close by noon on May 8th. I will help coordinate transportation to and from Lisbon. We will discuss this and other logistics on our pre-retreat group Zoom call.
